Just 35 minutes away from central Auckland by Fullers ferry (serviced hourly), and very close to the Waiheke Island ferry terminal, Matiatia Bay can host conferences, events, and luncheons.

Our Events package can be tailored to your exact requirements, but normally includes:

Event / Conference / Luncheon Day – Exclusive Use of Matiatia Bay

  • Full use of the main residence kitchen, for food and beverage preparation
  • Use of the Mediterranean Courtyard with Pergola and Water Feature, the Gallery and Lounge area which looks out towards Auckland City, for your event / conference.
  • Full use of Matiatia Bay for event photos

Event Services as Required

  • Arrange your own catering for the day, or Matiatia Bay can cater for you. Menus can include fresh local produce, seafood, and wines – or your choice of menu items.
  • Arrange your own sound & vision needs, or Matiatia Bay can provide this for you
  • Arrange your own Entertainment, or Matiatia Bay can provide entertainment for you

Waiheke Island Suite Accommodation

  • Accommodation in either (or both) of our luxurious Matiatia Bay suites can be provided prior, during, or after your event
